Hi I need help with a second hand xbox 360

I brought a xbox 360 for my little girl for Christmas second hand paid £90 for it. We set it up Christmas day to found out the console was banned is there anyway you can unban it for her I just do not have the money to go out and buy her a new one the people

The only recommendation I can make is to contact Microsoft support and see what happens from there

 

You are not allowed to post console serial numbers on the forums.

No good contacting support as there's nothing they can do.

Once a console is banned then that's it,it will never be unbanned.

Your only option is to take it back to where you bought it from & get a refund or another console but there's always a risk of buying a banned console if you buy a 2nd hand one.

 

It was a shame you didn`t buy from somewhere like Game, you could have taken it back without any problems, plus they sell 2nd hand 360S consoles from £60.
