Hi!, i need a little Help restoring the Parental Control.

That is a parental controll if you are the only person on the account it just means that you dont need it

But I need it for my little boys. They bother me everyday, plz help me :'(

Formatting does not restore the parental control for me. How can I do this?

You can reset the parental control passcode online from
https://support.microsoft.com/devices but you will need to register the Xbox 360 in question to your account so you will need the serial number.

I think that is a little bit harsh Major. Some parents are not aware of the Family settings or anything like that.

Go to your account settings here https://account.microsoft.com/family/ , add your child then you will be able to control what you want on his account.
