The game is available on Game Pass Ultimate and game pass for PC, so It can be downloaded on both platforms; Xbox console and Windows PC. However the game has two editions ; one for

Xbox, and another for Windows 10

Which means, since you were playing on PC, you must have the Windows edition and therefore those addons or DLC will work only on PC.

Understandable that you dislike game pass ultimate since you don't have windows 10, It's of course got different services for different people. It is so much get the biggest bang for there buck.

Thanks for the quick response @ngocphi. So it sound like he needs to get another game pass for the PC. I am getting messages that MS is having server issues. I might wait those out. The Ultimate game pass says it includes game pass for console and PC,
as well as XBox Gold Live. The way they describe it, it sure looks like I should be able to use the ultimate game pass on both devices.
