    Hi I have the following error upon signing in on my xbox 1

    Can anyone help. when restarting console I get a black screen. This has just started today. I am able to sign in using my pc

    hi i have tried to sign in to my xbox 1

    Hard reset the Xbox by holding down the power button on the front of the Xbox for 15 seconds. After the 15 seconds let go of the power button then restart the Xbox.

    If that doesn't help. Can you get to the Home Screen on the Xbox? Can you navigate around on the Xbox to the other menus?

    Weve had it before, My xbox one is set as my Home xbox with the xbox live gold subscription, My son has the xbox one s upstairs. his account is on my xbox, i am on his, his xbox is NOT set as home, still doesnt work. The only way it works is if i am signed
    in on his xbox and then sign his account on also so so both profiles are running on his xbox. If i sign in on my xbox downstairs it logs him offline?
