    HI. I have recently installed Minecraft off of the Xbox store on PC and every time I attempt to open it I get this error:

    Hey there

    Try the steps below:
    Within the Launcher, go to Options -> Advanced Settings -> Select the profile that you want to use. Turn the Java executable option OFF, save, close the Launcher, and then start it again.

    If it doesn't work, try to reinstall the Launcher or your game via PC Settings > Apps > Apps & features > find the app > Advanced options > Uninstall.

    Once done, restart your PC before reinstalling it.

    Hey, so I recently tried to install the latest update which came out but every time my pc restarts it shows me a screen where is written, undoing changes. Please don't turn off your computer. I tried it several times every time the same error.

    Thank you for your help, however I am currently unable to access the minecraft launcher (it can't be opened/launched, is still showing up in the windows search bar, cannot be uninstalled).

    Every time I try to download it again from other places (microsoft store application, minecraft installer application, minecraft launcher from the xbox store), I get an error and it tells me it is unable to install

    To play Minecraft Java Edition with Game Pass on PC, you'll just need to install the Minecraft PC Bundle from the Xbox app for PC (or from the Microsoft Store), make sure that it's the launcher that you have installed so you can play the game.
