    Hi, I have problem trying to activated xbox live gold card.. error ...


    When I try to activated my card code, this error appear and dont work at all, just said try later ....

    The card code was accepted, because appear the message with the right time that it has (3 months).

    pls, if you can help me ... thanks by the way....

    Prepaid XBOX live card won't activate

    we are trying to active our prepaid XBOX Live Gold card that we purchased at Walmart.

    When we enter the reviled code on the back of the card an error message stating the card was not activated. I have called Walmart, they said to contact MictoSoft

    I activated a subscription Xbox live Gold 3 months of a prepaid card on Friday, October 4th but today I am told that I have no subscription in Xbox live Gold.

    What do I have to do ?

    here you go:

    Error 80122725 occurs when you try to redeem a gift card on Xbox Live

    Problem

    You see the following error message when you try to redeem a gift card code on Xbox Live:

    Can’t retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later.

    Status Code: 80122725

    This means that the card was not activated at the retailer.

    Solution

    To resolve this issue, return the card to the retailer and ask them to activate it.

    Gold cards are not restricted by region. Only points cards. What is the error code you are getting? I have heard that in the States cards must be activated by the retailer so perhaps that is your problem.

    Hi. I have the same problem. I have bought 12+1 month prepaid card and when I try to activate it online (from browser) and I got the same error as CrazyTurtle. I enter the code, a page showing

    Xbox LIVE Prepaid 12 + 1 Month Gold Membership Card displays. Confirm and I get error:

    The weird thing is, that when I try to redeem the code on my console (xbox360) an error message appears, that this code isn't valid (i checked it at least 10 times and it is entered correctly). What should I do?

    If you have a active Xbox Live Gold subscription, you can't activate a Xbox Live Gold Trial. You will need wait your subsctiption end to activate trial.
