    DVI is not bidirectional and cannot complete the HDMI handshake. DisplayPort adapters will also not work.

    Poor image quality when using a PC Monitor.

    The monitors that I have are benq g2222hdl. I have two of these and use my though one of tben through the same hdmi to dvi cable.

    I looked up the specs on your LG monitor.

    Let's please refer to this as a monitor and not a PC.

    A PC is the computer itself and not the monitor. This is what may have been confusing people.

    According to LG's website, your monitor has a D-Sub input and a DVI input.

    Although you stated that you have selected "Games", "Games" is not an input for that monitor.

    "Games" is a visual setting for the monitor.

    Although I do not recommend using this monitor for an xbox because you will have to use an adapter.

    You will need a DVI to HDMI adapter.

    Then you will have to select DVI as an input.

    The Display settings even show 1920x1080 and DVI on the 360.

    Better to use a HDMI to DVI adapter. Try connect something to check if it works. I recommend find Monitor with HDMI input
