How did you install Windows? Was from an older now outdated version from USB or disc?

It's always best to go to the Windows website and use the media creation tool to get the latest version of the O.S prior to install. This insures there will be no Windows updates after the install.

Is your O.S up to date?

Is it a legitimate activated copy?

• Have you tried to uninstall the graphics card drivers and install the latest version from your computer manufacturer's support page?

I don't believe it started after an update, the issue seemed to start when I had rebooted windows, as in reinstalled it with the recovery features due to some problems the O.S was having. I have freshly installed drives and the latest version and it has
been updated to the most recent version there is. And yes It occurs on every game I have, even if im not within the game, when i press Windows + G I get the same message "It can't find Captures folder" Thank you for your response

That is indeed a very 'old PC', in fact, in computing technology terms it's practically an antique. Your graphics hardware supports DirectX 10 (or more accurately DX 10.1). It doesn't support DirectX 12 or DX 11 in hardware, which is what this error refers to.

To be honest, this system would struggle to run games that were available when this system released some time in 2009. Regardless of the weak graphics, the CPU - the Sempron 140 Processor - only has 1 core.

It's time to get a new computer. This one is so old it can't even be upgraded.

The requirements description for this game does not suggest what graphics hardware is required, but it does say the minimum is a AMD Ryzen 3 processor or equivalent Intel i3. The Ryzen 3 was released in 2017.

Well because your CPU and GPU are bit outdated.

You only have a direct x 10 capable gpu you may Havr direct.x 11 installed but your gpu can't even access the needed shadders because you don't have enough shadders and not direct x shadders

Your CPU won't be able to run much either

You would basically need a whole new pc 4gigs sent going to cut it
