Hi, I have an Xbox elite 2 controller..

Hey everyone,

My elite 2 controller is playing up. I barely play Xbox, maybe twice a week, and the left vibration in the controller is very loud and the right bumper is very unresponsive. I purchased this in qld Australia but now live in vic so taking it back to the store I got it from would be really hard. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. P.s it’s just over 14months old. Thank you

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the controller. You can use the link below to see if there is still a warranty on the controller as that would be dealt with for free. If Xbox deal with it, you will not have to go back to the store you got it from.
