    “Hi, I have an issue with my controller. I purchased in November of 2023. I previously had the same controller (not sure when I purchased it) but it lasted around 2 years before I needed to request a replacement. It's been 4 months and I am already having issues... I feel like it is unfair that I am having to request a warranty replacement already. Is there anything you guys can do about it? I don't want to use the warranty because it is so soon - and I know you only get one warranty request per controller.

    To confirm, did you submit the account reinstatement form?

    Please note that it could take few days or more before it gets reviewed by the Microsoft Team depending on the volume of cases they receive.

    I discourage you to send multiple tickets as it will only delay your case.

    I understand. I am not really sure how long but it would be best if you keep waiting. Do not send another ticket because it will delay your case. Just make sure to check your mailbox including spam/junk folder.
