I recently had the problem of the E200 error in which they gave me 3 methods to solve it, today try the manual update but it stays at 86% and does not advance what I can do?

I'm sorry to hear about the updating issue that you're currently experiencing.

If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console. [Keep my Games and Apps]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter.

No as stated in my original question the OFFLINE UPDATE with an OSU usb stick also gets stuck at 86%

I do not get any screen or error code when it reaches 86% it just gets stuck.
