Hi, I have a problem my Xbox to Xbox One S have set the mode to save energy and in spite of this console does not turn off completely silent you can hear the chirping please reply.

Xbox One S making humming noise while Off, normal?

I have the battlefield one Xbox one s and I'm getting a buzzing noise when the console is of I'm using energy saving mode and I've also tried it with out to and still buzzes is this a problem that needs to be sorted,? Thanks.

How long after turning off the OneS does the 'chirping' sounds continue? Mine usually settles after a while [usually less than 20 minutes or so] as its saving information into like a hibernation state.

My 1TB One S having the same problem when Instant-On feature enabled.

To overcome it, I have to use Energy-Saving mode.

Hi, if you have instant on mode set in the power options the fan will indeed keep spinning, try changing to energy saving mode.

There are some drawbacks with energy saving mode though such as the Xbox will not auto update etc.

Thanks for the response, has anyone notices this issue having a secondary issue though for those who strictly use a wired connection and may be having issues with their wireless connection? My wireless connection hasn't worked properly for around a year
now but since it has worked fine wired I decided not to worry about sending it in.
