    Hi I have not received my January mission goal even though I have completed the three goals but on top of that I submitted points to receive gift card on the 2 and the 14 of March but never received rewards please help

    Hi, I did not receive the stage 1, 2 or mission completion bonus for the YOLO mission last month, although weirdly i did receive stage 2 rewards!

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. We do not have any offers called “Quests”. If you are asking about a general Xbox promotion, you should try reaching out on the general Sales and Promotions forum for more specific assistance. Regarding your
    vault Credit claims, we see you only claimed one Vault Credit on March 3rd. Regarding when you will receive these Credits as currency, from the FAQ:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    We see that you only have four achievements completed in Destiny 2 during the month of February. What achievements do you believe you have completed for that offer? We can investigate with our data source to see if those achievements are missing from our
    tracking. Regarding your MyChallenges, we are currently in the process of investigating a potential issue with tracking for those Challenges. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Hello, first I would like to thank you for your attention, I was able to make 5 achievements in Destiny 2 before closing the period, follows: (Surprise Beat), (Show Me What You Are Able), (Long and Winding Road), (Lieutenant Zavala) and (The Hero of the
    People), the most resending was the 10 days that would be the first that I quoted.

    I take the program very seriously and I have spent a lot of time with it, I would like everything to be alright.

    Completed the answer, in the website xbox.com in profile, the 5th conquest is released as of February 28, but my Xbox Deschboard's dendro is on February 25th, proving that I got it before the end of the promotion.
