hi. i can't access my roblox account. I've tryed reset password but i dont get the e-mails....

It should give you the E-mail for the parental account. Take that e-mail and go to account.love.com and then select "Can't access your account?", then select "I forgot my password" and under that "Reset password" type in the E-mail, do the character verification
and then try using all the options to reset your password for the Parental account.

Umm.. I don't think its possible to register two xbox live accounts on the same e-mail. It should give you an error code or message stating that you've already registered an account on that e-mail when signing up. As for the account you can't access, try
asking the support team. They'll ask you for the e-mail attached to that account and as long as you have access to the e-mail, they'll reset the password and you should be able to access it from your inbox.

Unfortunately there's not much we can do. If you have access to the E-mail accounts associated with his Xbox accounts then you can try requesting a password reset via the "Forgot my Password" option when trying to log in.
