Hi I can not remove the parental control

I just had this issue last night due to my kids. You have to contact XBox Customer support (800) 4-MY-XBOX in the U.S. They'll ask you questions to confirm you're the account holder on file (takes about 10-15min) and they'll ask you the console ID/Serial
number then they will give you a code for you to enter while you are on the screen that displays your xbox's ID/serial number & using your controller you enter the code quickly (it will be a code like: LT RT X Y LB RB B.) After you enter the code the xbox
system settings will be reset & you'll see a screen that says would you like to join XBox Live, just press B to cancel out of that screen & you'll be back to your profile selection screen.& from there you'll be good to go.

Sorry to hear it. If you are having issues with the parental controls or cannot remember the password then you should contact phone support and they will assist you with removing the code.

Are you asking for help removing parental controls that your parents set up, I don't think we can help with that

If your parents put parental controls on the console, it would defeat the purpose if you could remove them yourself.

Hi there,

you can't really remove the parental account untill his account has reached the legal age limit. This based on the birthdate on his account, which can not be changed.

But you can change the parental settings which should allow him to add friends and play games etc without the need of the approval from the parental account.
