try to contact support and explain to them that you didn't receie any codes yet and they'll give you a time frame on when you can expect to receive them

Ultimate include Gold, in detail, Ultimate include:

• Xbox Live Gold
• Xbox Game Pass
• PC Game Pass

If you bought 3 month of Ultimate, now you have all prepaid Gold month + 3 month of total Xbox Game Pass Ultimate duration period.

If the promotion is for Game Pass Ultimate, then you can still purchase it for the $1 price. It'll just convert the regular Game Pass you bought into Ultimate as well and add 3 months to the time you have left.

If it's for Game Pass for PC, then unfortunately there is nothing you can do as the code has already been redeemed and you would no longer be considered a new subscriber.

I’m am currently trying to claim my 3 months discord nitro in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but it is not showing up. I just bought Xbox Game Pass today and saw that Discord Nitro promotion was extended.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Promotions only last a certain length of time. If you upgrade now to the Ultimate game pass, it will convert any remaining time of Xbox live gold to Ultimate time. So for example if the promotion is for 3 months, you will
have 3 months and a week of ultimate. Here is the Ultimate
