Hey there. With regards to your code not working. I would recommend to contact support so they could check the status of the code. If the code has already been used before then you cannot re-use it again. Its a one time use only. If you have redeemed it
accidentally on a wrong account, you could try with the support and see if they could do something about it. But I can't guarantee anything.

We highly recommend testing used consoles online before purchasing to protect yourself from purchasing a banned console.
