Sorry to hear that. Is there by any chance you enter the code twice? I would check Fortnite to see if you have the skin. Sometimes, you enter in the code the 1st time and it tells you to reenter it. However, when you enter it the 2nd it tells you the
code was redeemed. Then you check and it was. So I recommend checking in game on Fortnite.

If you check and it wasnt there>>>just note, when I encounter an issue with the code not working I had to provide proof of purchase along with copy/picture of the code. I was sent an email and had to attach those 2 things. So be ready to have those things
ready in case they request it.

Also, if you did brought this Xbox from a 3rd party, etc Walmart. You could have taken it back to store and they would have given you a new Xbox with a working code. However, if you brought this in February most stores wouldnt take it back because it
is now close to 4 months later. Best of luck!
