    I've also been in the preview app since it started and all it says is "thanks for joining! You'll get a service message on your xbox one soon with more info". It has been saying that for months now can anyone please help

    Preview program help

    I been in the preview program for a while now, Everytime i open the app i been getting this message saying

    ''thanks for joining''

    ''you'll get a service message on your xbox one soon with more info''

    Its been almost a month 1/2 and

    I cant access the app because this message keeps popping up.

    I also don't have access to the preview forums anymore.

    have you tried a hard reset? I did that and then one restarting my console it prompted me to install the update
