200 Microsoft Rewards points = 1 Sweepstakes entry. 500 Microsoft Rewards points = 5 Sweepstakes entries. 1000 Microsoft Rewards points = 25 Sweepstakes entries.

How do you know if you won a Microsoft sweepstake?

When does Microsoft usually notify the winners directly? You'll be notified before Winners are Posted on the Recent Sweepstakes Winner's page. On each sweepstakes entry page, there's a link to the terms and conditions for the sweepstakes, including how and when winners will be notified.

But that feature still not available, but I agree with you, it would be very nice haha

Your region is not a valid Xbox Live Rewards region. Furthermore, we see no sweepstakes wins for your account.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same. If you win a sweepstakes, you should receive an email.

I wish they would extend the warranty on them as my elite broke just outside of the warranty.

Hi. Unfortunately, if you spend your Microsoft Rewards points to enter a sweepstakes, either you win or lose, you cannot get a refund back for those. Just try to be careful next time you spend it on sweepstakes.

The key question I am asking is whether Microsoft has intentionally misled consumers to spend consumers' points of Microsoft Rewards on any sweepstakes that has been ended. If so, it is the responsibility that Microsoft should shoulder and compensate for its
error.
