Yesh, just like xbox players. Connect the headset and add them to your in game friends. It will only work for in game chat though

This would be dependent on if the game has crossplay. If it does you will need to use the in game chat to speak with someone on another platform.

like daddytree says that type of integration only exists if the game has crossplatform play. Not many titles do. Alternatively if you can I know some people voicecall with their phones using other applications.
