    Hi fellow Jigsaw players, I too was having a problem with this game . I have fixed it


    I took a chance and uninstalled the last windows update. Once I restarted my pc it worked and was back to how it was. I have had problems before when some updates have been done and I did the same and it often fixed my problems. Any way I have no idea of
    why or how , all I know is that it done the Job and I have had no problem since. I have window 10 on a surface device. Hope this helps you a bit GOOD LUCK ........

    I too have this problems, started a day or two ago. Problem exists on both my W10 desktop and W10 Surface Pro 3 PC. I have the Premium version for $9.99/year. Uninstalled on both machines and cannot re-install on either machine, Download starts and when
    license is acquired the same error message show up again. Hey Microsoft, time to fix this. I have downloaded Jigsaw Premium Puzzle from the store until the XBox Jigsaw gest fixed. If not fixed soon, forget this MS game, very disappointing as it is not the
    first time I have issues with this MS Jigsaw puzzle game.

    Cannot open Microsoft games in Xbox app

    Decided to try uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw. This fixed the problem. Maybe it will work for others too.

    Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle

    I also have the same problem, and I have checked all the suggested fixes :-

    - Rebooted PC many times

    - All software updated to latest checked every day

    - uninstalled and reinstalled Jigsaw several times

    - Windows firewall ticked for jigsaw

    - 140Gb disk free space

    The fact that solitaire games all download with no problems suggests it is Microsoft Jigsaw that is the problem not my system

    A solution would be appreciated
