hi everyone or xbox suppor tmy boys xbox 360 steering wheel problems

i dont know if this is the right place to post i apoligize if its not. but i brought my young son a microsoft force feedback original wheel about 3 months ago and its been working fine for him. i only have him at weekends so he looks foward to playing with
the wheel because he doesnt have one at home. i turned it on thursday for a quick go because i downloaded some dlc packs on forza 4 a week ago .when you put telementry on and it is just stuck in the left full lock position. but the wheel starts fine like it
always does you can feel the force feedback come on but it just wont steer we had to take the wheel to full right lock to steer straight but it just goes from side to side vibrating .ive tried all sorts with it .when you try to use the d pad to reset the deadzones
it just all sets to the left hand zones ie 0 straight away but if i spin the wheel right it will take the zones up but when i save the deazones everything returns to 0. ive looked on youtube people have had this problem but theres no answers why. has anyone
got any solutions please.

ive been trying to find a good steering wheel to use with forza 5 on my xbox one. im disabled so i need a steering wheel that i dontvhavecto usecthe pedals.

Has anyone got a good suggestion????

i liked using the small wireless wheel with my xbox 360, but they've made it so you cant use that wheel or any other 360 wheels with my xbox one.

Any and all helpnis apreciated greatly.
