Hi does anyone know the reason why suddenly my captures have vanished

Hi does anyone know the reason for why suddenly my captures have vanished and I can only see the past 19days worth only.... Not a happy chappy! As I had over 3years worth of captures.. Please can anyone help most appreciated.. And it's not like I had ran
out of space as I still had over 200gb free on my internal hard drive... And I only had a couple of hundred captures ie screen shots and some clips.. On my ps4 Pro I have like over 2000 so I'm really confused and extremely angry at the same time! Some of the
captures were priceless to me ie memories which lived on after the time etc..

have you checked gamerdvr if you can find your captures there just type in your Gamertag and you should be able to see all your captures you made

Hello!

From what I've seen is that some of your older clips and screenshots will automatically remove in your xbox dvr. If you want save your remaining clips and screenshots, upload them to your computer

Hi can you please read my message properly then you would of known thanks... I was speaking of captures saved on the internal hard drive that is within the Xbox One X...

Why you guys are asking nonsense questions. Cloud was empty and no i didnt capture it when storage was full. Many people keep saying that screenshots vanished from local storage and you admins cant answer why did it occur. Anybody from microsoft knows what
is going on and how to stop it?
