    Hi, Does anyone have the number for Microsoft in Germany pls?


    Hi, I sent my sons series x back for an exchange back at the end of Nov. I've rang them a few times to find out when the new one will be sent out and am getting nowhere fast. It was meant to be a Christmas present but it's looking unlikely now.

    They no longer have direct call numbers. You can use the call back option or the live chat option on https://support.xbox.com/

    What language code do you see in the url ?

    When the page is in polish it should have pl-pl.

    If the game page says en-us (or something like that) try to change It to pl-pl.

    Hi,

    are you sure that you write the phone number the correct way ?

    I am from germany and normally in germany the city number starts with a 0 (zero), like 089 for munich for example.

    But if I request a call back from the support I have to give in only 89... cause it starts with +49 for germany !

    Many people make this mistake and are waiting hours for a call back that will not come.

    I always get a call back in minutes !
