hi cant install FIFA 17, stopped downloading half way now just wont install full stop, new xbox

I found this on the forums in another post:

1. boot the xbox one with internet connected

2. remove the bluray app ( if already installed)

3. install the bluray app

4. insert fifa 17 disc

5. xbox one says there are updates available for nba2k15. accept these updates

6. install fifa 17, it will error on 5%.

7. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART, on your home screen press start on fifa 17 where it should say installation stopped, then click on manage game, you should be taken to a screen where it's just fifa 17, uninstall on this screen and on the same screen you
can then click install and youre all set.

****NOTE**** This will take significantly longer than installing straight off the disk, what this will do is actually download the game to your xbox, so it could take a couple of hours or longer depending on your connection.

hi ya tried all of that. all i done yesterday was going to play fifa 13 when it said to make up date to play which i did. half way though updating it stopped and now cant play anything or get on to dashboard.

I have the same issue, games wont download it just stops the installation without any fault code.
