    Hello, i searched for a solution for like past 2 months. My problem is whenever i try to install a game to a drive other than c drive which is my main drive. when i select other than c drive xbox gamepass app instantly changes back to c drive and nothing else let me do

    i tried a lot of solutions about this except fresh start format

    I am aware that you've been experiencing issues with installing games on Xbox Game Pass PC.

    Have you tried changing the default installation location in the Xbox app settings?

    Here's how you can do it:

    1. Open the Xbox app on your PC.

    2. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the app.

    3. Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.

    4. Click on the "System" tab.

    5. Under "Storage," click on "Change where new content is saved."

    6. Select the drive you want to install games to from the drop-down menu.



    If this doesn't work, you can try resetting the Xbox app by following these steps:



    1. Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.

    2. Click on "Apps."

    3. Scroll down and click on "Xbox."

    4. Click on "Advanced options."

    5. Click on "Reset."



    You can also try reinstalling the Gaming Services package on your Windows 10 device:



    1. Right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
    2. In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter: Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

    This should reset the Xbox app and hopefully resolve the issue you're experiencing. Let me know how it goes.

    There isn't any option for transferring points between account. They're a credit and like with any service, credits are not transferrable.

    You would be able to buy the content with the first tag and use it with the second. There are a few exceptions to this shared useage thought - things like avatar items and ELITE are not shareable.

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us they can do a more indepth look into this issue.
