    Hi can anyone advise me about a purchase I made for Diablo 4


    Hi , I just purchased Diablo 4 deluxe addition for Xbox

    The payment went through fine 89.99

    I noticed when I looked on the store ( I was using my Xbox ) it states I own the deluxe addition and also own the standard Addition, why I’d that I only paid for one , will Microsoft charge me for another game , I’m kindof confused

    It seems to be that what you saw was the base game that is included in the Deluxe edition. Basically, the base game has the same cover as the standard edition.

    This is your account's order history, kindly check there if you were charged twice for the same game.

    With rare exception there is only one version of a game, the deluxe, gold, or whatever is merely a bundle. Everyone has the same base game

    I also purchased the 9.99 package of coins on 4-23-15 and received a message that the purchase could not be processed at this time. The purchase however was charged to my account and card. commerce.Microsoft.com told me they could not help me and referred
    me back here. The billing forum has not responded. Can anyone here assist or advise on what I can do?

    Asked for Diablo 4 refund because of deal.

    I had the same deal and refunded my standard and got this one.



    Worked great.



    Today they canceled and refunded my game. I contacted support and they said that was for the upgrade. I asked them to link me to Diablo 4 Ultimate Upgrade I can purchase. He said, "Sorry, apparently the Ultinate Upgrade is not purchasable on MS Store."



    Asked for his. to look at the actual product I bought and he said, "Yes, the coupon was clearly for the full Diablo 4 Ultinate Edition."



    Told me to wait 2-3 weeks for an outcome.



    Nah, I'm done.
