Hi, bought second hand xbox one, and found out that console is blocked. Any way you can help?

Only the users who were logged into the console during the enforcement action on the console would receive more information on the console suspension. There's no way that you'll be able to find out more information on the console since you weren't the original

Thanks for reply, unfortunately original user is ignoring me, so I can't get any information what is going on... Restarted console, and now I can't even sign any account... No gaming , nothing... Just useless box

There is should be some solution for that kind of situation...

Unfortunately we're not able to do anything with a second hand console and there is no way to add an account to a suspended console once it's suspended. The best course of action is to keep trying to get in touch with the person you purchased the console
from and try to exchange it.

It's banned for life. There's no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans to find out exactly why it was banned.
