    Currently there is no Service alert outage being reported:
    Xbox Live Status / Service Alerts / Outages

    Can you please describe in more detail what you're experiencing with your Xbox One console at the moment?

    I would first suggest some basic troubleshooting steps:

    1.
    Proper Power Cycle of your Xbox One console     ( Hold down your Xbox console power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down / Unplug your Xbox console from your power supply / wall outlet for 5 minutes)

    (If that doesn't help, try this)

    2.
    Console Soft Factory Reset     [KEEP GAMES AND APPS] (After resetting your console, you'll need to reconnect to your network, get the latest update for your console and redownload your profiles back onto the console)

    Xbox One-Halo: The Master Chief Collection won't launch.

    After resetting my Xbox One to factory default condition, and two downloads of this game it still will not launch. Has anyone found a solution to this issue for console users? Not PC which seems to be the only issue anyone is acknowledging!!
    Im having this exact issue on xbox and its so annoying, i cant even load a game i bought to play with my friends

    Long Blu-ray load times/hanging?

    Hey junkstar, I've been searching forums to see if anyone has had issues with the blu-ray player on the xbox one. Are you still having the same issues?. I tried a few blu-rays and they all seem to take around 4-5 minutes to load up. Once they load in I have
    no issues with skipping scenes etc. It just seems a bit long for the movies to load in.

    Okay, one of my kids has found putting the disc into the Xbox One, then turning it off, then turning it on again, and the disc will load for them.

    This doesn't seem to have fixed the problem, but at least they can start it when I'm out the house.
