    i got my 12 month live card and activated it but it still wont let me play online, do updates, send or hear voice messages. its rather frustrating, ive tried different tips with having wired connection, reset the modem but nothing seems to work. help please.

    hi ive got banned from sending messages to my friends and cant talk in party chat with them.

    ive been banned for no reason as i dont send messages to anyone but only my mates.

    im always in a party with them as im never in game chat. so i was wondering why ive got the ban?

    Im having the same problem. Iv disconnected xbox live but still wont install. Will there be a fix for this or will i have to send it back.

    ok ive tried on my system and my freinds system, i get the same error code. trying to get my email adress re validated, for some reason it wont send the text message to any of the phones ive told it to txt.

    Keep losing connection to Xbox live servers!!!

    Ive got a wired connection and my wont even connect at all! Its got to be something with the xbox servers....will just have to be patient. they will get it fixed.

    yes, my account is the only one that wont recover to my console and yes, ive tried recovering it to another console but i got the same error message i got on my console
