hi 3rd post now and i still ask why i havent gotten any of my deposits since october???

i have not seen a deposit since October and probably have approx 20,000 points waiting to be deposited it says i need to update my billing info but nothing has changed on my end??? it has the correct address whats the issue?

Hi I still haven't gotten my Feburary rewards deposit and just making a post so it's known and visible that I still have not gotten the despot.

so this will be my 3rd post since i havent gotten a reply or answer from my last 2 post. Ive been on "Avoid Me" rep for over 3 months now ive talk to xbox support, been to the reputation site posted in the forums and no reply idk why people report i never
use a mic or reply to bad messages so if anyone can help me, ive miss playing multiplayer games

As stated in your previous posts at (I haven't gotten my credits yet it's been a couple of weeks and i have not heard anything from you) and (Why haven't i gotten a reply my credits have still not deposited??),
there is currently a database error for your account. That database is outside of our program, so we are awaiting a resolution from a team who has access to that information. At the current time, we have not yet received a resolution for this issue.
