הגדרות> מערכת> מסוף מידע ועדכו ים> איפוס מסוף> "שמור משחקים ויישומים".

Does turning the console off and unplugging it for 30 seconds fix it? How about changing the resolution to something lower and then back again?

I would then try a factory reset keeping games and apps.

Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".

On your Xbox console.. you can go to.. Settings - Account - Subscriptions .. if it says that your subscription is active...

I would just power cycle your Xbox
How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console and that should do the trick!
