    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    You may need to ask your friend to follow the steps below:

    To fix this, please ask him to perform a power cycle on the console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as your buddy is connected to Xbox Live his saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of his accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    I bought dayz and the lavonia add on map on my Xbox one, when I went to redownload it to my series s it’s saying I have to re purchase it. Is this typical?

    It's not typical to have to repurchase DayZ and the Livonia DLC if you already bought them for your Xbox One.

    Check your purchase history, look for DayZ and the Livonia DLC in your Microsoft account purchase history to confirm they were bought with the same account you're currently using.

    Make sure you're signed in to the same Microsoft account that you used to purchase the game and DLC on your Xbox One.

    Check everything i said, and if the dlc doesn't appear let me know to help you further.

    Yeah I bought the Livonia dlc on December 9th. Same account. I guess I was playing the game pass version of dayz, but I definitely payed for the dlc and it try’s to make me pay agian.

    I'm having the same issue. It was working fine then I accidentally deleted dayz, when I re downloaded it I can't get Livonia to work and I'm having same issues with it as you. I also can't delete the dlc and re download it by itself. Sis u ever figure it
