    Hey,

    I've been a loyal customer to xbox since the beginning. And in the last couple months it's just been problem after problem being hacked a couple times or something is always down, and it never seems to end. So why should I pay for something and it's not
    going to work?

    Hey man,

    I hate high sensitivity, I keep mine super low. I also hate quickscopers, I rush them (just like everyone else) with a 2 sensitivity. I always win.

    Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service lately. I can't sit here and pitch that everything has been 100% fantastic, because that wouldn't be true. I can however say that the tech team have been hard at work each and every time a problem has been
    presented. They work long and hard to ensure that the service is (and remains) functional. Many seem to think that when there is a problem, the tech team are sat supping coffee whilst the community go into turmoil, this isn't the case. These issues can take
    time but they do always get fixed.



    I can't tell you to continue to pay for the service, that is your choice alone my friend. My best advice would be to accept that problems come and go and so long as they are identified, acknowledged and addressed, what more can we ask for. If you have any
    feedback to provide, the best place to stick it would be on the below site.

    Microsoft should at least officially acknowledge the problem. Today is the 5th day I am not able to log in.

    wont affect your online unlocks. well it shouldnt.. as that is saved and linked to your gamertag with either MS or EA.

    Ok thanks...I'll give it a shot, but there is no "corrupt file" warnings anywhere there....but you think having the MP disk installed might be causing the grief?

    I dont know, but i dont think u download anything. the HD is an install, i did mine offline...?? my sons HDD is pooped and is playing without the Hd install and it looks no differant untill you are up close to objects..

    Clear your HDD cache and start again...
