are you positive the warnings were from Microsoft and not from someone pretending to be Microsoft because many people are able to fake a message and make it appear to come from an official Microsoft account. If you are positive your best bet would be to
contact the xbox enforcement team since they would likely be the ones to send a warning message. However im sure that if Microsoft was the ones to send them it would go to your email and not from a xbox live account.

Hi CrazyDDawg you account when you sign up for xbox live will tell you that the account will be set on an auto renewal right from the start you also get an email stating the same facts as well. If you sign up for a promotion its always good to double check
your transaction so that you know for sure you are charge correctly. You will also get a notification that your account is set to auto renew when the times comes around. each time it renews you get a notification. I would check your emails spam, and verify
that your email is set correctly so you can get the notifications. If you need to cancel your auto renewal can do so on xbox.com or at account.microsoft.com

To stop automatically renewing your subscription, but keep using it until it expires:

1.Sign in to your services and subscriptions page with your Microsoft account.

2.Find the subscription you want to stop renewing, then select Turn off auto-renew.

3.Select Confirm cancellation.

please keep in mind that you will need to cancel the auto renewal before your renewal date is set if you cancel the auto renewal after your new renewal you could be charged for the following month

You would need to go to the enforcement site HERE & file for a case review if eligible.

The system does tell you before you complete the purchase that auto-renewal will be turned on. It's up to you to turn it off before you get charged.

As far as I am aware, the Policy Enforcement Team (PET) do
not send warnings over Xbox LIVE. The PET are the only ones who deal with enforcement and anyone imposing as an Xbox LIVE / Microsoft representative will be severely punished. Your going to want to go ahead and follow the above advice by 'Blocking Communications', and
'Filing a Complaint' (GUIDE) against the user. Be sure to file your complaint first, and then follow through with the below steps.



Mute, Avoid and Block the user, in this order:



1: Mute the player.

2: Avoid the player.

3: Block the player.

HERE. This will prevent any further communications and make it very less likely that you will be placed in online gameplay with them again.
