I bought the xbox one s bundle deal in order to get the rewards points as well for the mission of december for 50,000 points. I signed jn to the new xbox close to ten days ago and I still haven't seen any update to my missions on xbox.com and my points haven't
updated either.

Not Receiving Rewards

Hi Xbox gamers, I'm just wondering if anyone can help me with my rewards, I've been a member since August 2011 and only received around 7000 rewards points but ever since I've not been rewarded I've bought multiple games on the market, such as Forza Horizon
3, Fifa 18, Call Of Duty WW2 and many more I've also bought Xbox live multiple of times but don't seem to be getting rewarded can anyone help? Thank you

Hello,

Recently I got an Xbox One S from the Microsoft store and read in the rewards section you would be rewarded with 50,000 Xbox live reward point, however I have not been giving them. I was wondering if there was a reason for this, thanks for your time.

Is their any news on this case of mine? I've had no news and it's been almost 3 weeks since I opened this case.

Since I opened this case I've done 2 surveys for December and January on the rewards section, no reward points were received again, just those two surveys should of given me 500 points.

I've bought lots of stuff through the store over the last couple of years and I've never received any rewards, I feel like I'm losing out here and it's frustrating me!

I've just logged into my rewards profile and still have 0 points and 0 points pending, even though I've done the two recwnt surveys!

Any help on this would be really appreciated now, it's been three weeks and I'm getting nowhere, I've also got loads of xmas money I want to spend in the store but I'm not until I start getting the rewards I'm owed.

I'm sorry to hear removing your goal didn't work.
I've tried changing contact, promotional, privacy, and notification settings with and without a goal, and unfortunately, It had no effect on the messages coming in regarding Reward points.

In this case, I'm afraid my best advice would be to contact the Rewards Support team to see if there's anything they can do to help you opt out of these messages. This can be done by clicking on the "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support" at the bottom of the Rewards website.

I see you're having an issue with Microsoft Rewards, Is this occuring on console? If so, please submit the bug through report a problem so there is a record on Xbox's end on the issue just in case it is something going in terms of signals to Microsoft Rewards. As I understand it, Xbox doesn't own how the points work as seen here: Earn points with Microsoft Rewards | Xbox Support under Get Help. It does look like you've submitted the ticket so I will not tell you to do that. If you want to be reimbursed for points or other things liek that, only the Rewards Support can help you with that.
