It says I have it but I never got the minecoins and I sent text to Xbox support but this is really getting to be a pain and I rlly want my minecoins. Is there another way I can redeem my minecoins, for example email?

I think neither can you re-use the code nor can you get your Minecoins back! The same thing happened to me as well, but I couldn't help it. I purchased my Minecoins, and they went to an account that I forgot my e-mail. The moment I pressed the "confirm"
button, I remembered that I don't know my e-mail; and I had spent almost 50 dollars on those Minecoins, but they were just wasted!
