Hello Carlos, since you don't remember the email from the account that owns your Game Pass, you should try to remember what the account is or follow the steps below to see if you can find the email you used for the account.

Xbox Support can’t provide this information, even if you know your gamertag.

a. Recover using your Alternate phone number or email address:

1. All you need to do is to go to https://account.live.com

2. Click on Sign in

3. Choose sign in options

4. Choose Forgot my username from there you will be ask for alternate email or phone number that you use with that account, if you enter it correctly then you will be able to see the right email for your account.

Note: it`s not possible to recover your account only with your Gamertag.

I forgot to mention, my son gave log in details, and my phone number was removed and so too was my email address linked to his account, I got the email telling me my phone number had been removed, now his proper email is not linked to his account. What

I forgot to mention that I have also tried this. Since, as I mentioned, in my initial attempts to recover my account I tried logging in with my phone number. My email address was attached to that account which I didn't know existed. So, in short, the email address that I'm trying to "recover" isn't attached to the correct account. This is the problem. The very fact that the email address wouldn't let me sign into Microsoft in the first place, shows that my account no longer exists. I did not delete my account, nor did I authorise anyone else to delete it. In the account recovery form, it asks for the email/phone number/skype id used with that account. I don't know what my skype id was, and both the email address and phone number aren't tied to that account for some reason. It then attempts to verify that the account is mine by asking for the Xbox gamertag. I can provide that, but since the account isn't tied to that tag, it's going to reject it as it will think that I'm logging into the wrong account.

Since you do not remember the email or the phone number for the account and as long as you know the gamer tag for the account you would need to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us

Give them the gamer tag for the account that you are trying to get back into and as long as they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email address associated with the account.

At that point you would then be able to go to account.live.com/acsr and try to recover your account.

You'll see a new gamer tag like that when you sign in with a new account. Since you stated that there are no games or gamer score, that's another indication that you've signed in with the wrong sign in email address that's not associated with the Neo gamer
tag.

You can contact Xbox Support and give them your gamer tag and they will send out a security/verification code to the phone/email you have setup on your account. Without that code, they won't be able to see your account info.
