Who is the blame here with the issue of transferring minecraft texture packs I paid real money for, from my 360 again paid with real money, to my Xbox one , that I also paid a heck a lot of money for? I've had the Xbox one for well over a year but I would
still absolutely want my texture packs. Its still xbox. So what gives? I won't pay again for them because I was scammed the first time around so it seems.

Try using this to see if it helps with your problem but you could try removing your profile from xbox and putting it back on that sometimes helps with purchases

Hey! You'll have to reach out to Mojang. The Java edition is the one that they own, not Microsoft. I've got the link to Mojang's refund and return page.
