Dear Microsoft Enforcement Team,

So I have an active ban on my account, and I do know why. I found out that it is forever stuck in my "Enforcement History", and I was wondering if there is any way for you to remove the ban from the history. I realize that you do not tolerate any offensive
or inappropriate use on Xbox Live and will not lift the ban, but is there any way to remove it from the history so it's as if iv'e never been banned? Thank you for your time, and consideration. Have a great day!

The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to contact them regarding console bans. You would have to contact the person you bought it from for a refund.

Hey there!

A possible reason for not being able to hear or speak is that you are under a communications ban, check your email that is linked to your Xbox/Microsoft account for any sort of enforcement action from the team!

The ban history cannot be altered for a simple reason, it servers to register repeated violations that in the end can result in a permanent suspension. So read the Code of Conduct: Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers

http://enforcement.xbox.com However, there is no way to have previous enforcement actions removed from your history.

Contacting Paypal and appealing charges can be seen as marketplace theft and would put you at risk for being banned.

Device bans are not something that the
Xbox Live Enforcement team hands out lightly. There is currently no way to submit a case review for device bans and the ban stays with the console, regardless of who incurred the ban. For any further information regarding actions taken by the Xbox Live

I'm sorry to hear about any issues you may be having due to an enforcement action.

If you upload an inappropriate custom image it may be removed and replaced with the most recent Microsoft-created image that you used, and you will be prevented from uploading any additional imagery for a specific period (typically 24 hours).

For information about the ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to Enforcement website. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.
