    HEY MICROSOFT BONEHEADS!


    IF you even exist ("support people") have a bit of compassion. Friggin' respond to all the players who have had complaints for MONTHS about server problems! IF (a big word for MS techs) you even exist, have the common decency to say SOMETHING! Do you realize
    that thousands of people are really pissed at you for server connection problems? Do you give a ****? Do you even exist? If you do, then you'll realize that you are alienating people away from your product(s). Apple is starting to sound really good now.

    This is not the end of my rant! It will come at you daily, and I will make your Facebook site such that you'll want to take it down! Fed up! Fix it or shut it down.

    The "verified" answer is a lie. Microsoft clearly says you will be removed from Gold Family when you start the promotion process. Why Microsoft decided to do something so boneheaded (again) is beyond me.
