My Gosh, if you can't fix a simple problem like getting BINGO to connect, should we really trust you on the far bigger and serious issue that plague the computer world? Any response would be nice and would let us know or assume that there are actually people
on your end with communication skills. Thank you.

Hi

Can you please try using the link below then select the option to update your security info and see if will allow you to add another security option such as a mobile/cell number or delete and enter a new security e-mail address.

https://account.microsoft.com/security

If you are not able to complete this yourself using the link above can you try using the
Contact us option and when prompted select either the option to Chat with Xbox support or Request a phone call from support and as long as you can answer the security question they should hopefully
be able to help with this.
