Hey it won't let me change my Minecraft gamer tag

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

yeah I've range them they have reset the password to tho unknown hotmail account what was associated with my gamer tag but now it won't let me change the hotmail account back to my own??

I want to know why Microsoft change my gamer tag and gave me a random gamer tag instead of letting me chose my own can someone please explain this to me !!!1
