hey is anyone else having a problem with Mozilla Firefox?

hey I contacted support, and they told me to go here because they could not figure out what was wrong now the problem is is on music.xbox.com were I go on firefox version 27 two days ago and it was playing perfectly fine, then the next day I tried to play
some music, well I click play and it loads the album art at the bottom and is ready to play, but it does nothing at all. now it's not giving me any message like not connected or error message or anything, I have cleared the cashe and restarted and done basically
everything I can to try to make it work. now the weird part is that it's not my account because it works fine on IE (playing the forza horizon sound track right now) so did you guys like stop supporting firefox? because I have the newest firefox and flash
player (oh also it wont work on another computer with firefox ether) only IE.

so if you guys can help me that would be great because I am getting tired of using IE 8 which is less secure than firefox.

(also I have undo my ad blocking software and it still does not work)

I'm having the very same problem, somebody please help! I'm using Firefox in Ubuntu and it doesn't work but it seems to work fine with Chrome, I'd rather stick to Firefox so a solution could be great!

Not sure how this has a verified answer just because someone says it works on their machine (RitzyBiscuit7)!

I'm having the same issue in that XBox Music plays fine in I.E. and Chrome but won't play in Firefox v29.0 . Just comes up saying there was an unknow problem.

 

Please, remember this is the Xbox 360 support forum.......

Firefox is NOT an option on the console...... It works with IE because that's a MS program.

Head over to the PC support area for more information and, mind the Op's timestamp.

sorry, I forgot to say that I have bean playing all my music on there and it has worked for now a while.

now I am using version 29.1 on a windows 7 pc but it was not working on two computers the 7 and the xp. so I dont know if it was a bug or not but it is now working. (after talking to Mister Fizzle) so if I were the person that was happening the problem also,
PM Mister Fizzle.

(@ BongKaos, the PC support area is only for Windows 8.X only not for 7 or older. just bringing that up.)

 

I cannot use my xbox messages with firefox anymore, it happened about a week ago aout 10th December 2015... tried using it with I.E and Chrome and it works fine, but its still working with Mozilla.

I've updated the latest software too but it still doesn't work.

ok what operating system are you using and when you mean xbox messages do you mean on xbox.com or using a extension?
