You sold accounts, its an instant perm ban, you agree to terms when you sign up and login, if you had read the terms you know what you should not have done, there is no other way to contact the team, support cannot help either as they are not allowed to, if they upheld the decision when you filed a review then thats it.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately we are unable to help with enforcement issues. You would have been sent a message to the email associated with your account that gives more info on the suspension though. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders just in case. You can also log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com and click on the handshake icon. From there you can see the reason and duration of the action as well as open a case review with the PET if available. Please note that a case review is only available for suspensions longer than 24 hours and the PET can take up to 48 hours to respond.

Pretty sure common sense would've told you committing fraud is against any rules

You don't know where the accounts come from either stolen or someone trying to monetize or worse at any point the original owner can reclaim the account via recovery and the said buyer is out of luck

If stolen well that comes with other consequences including console bans

This is why NO servers allow you to sell accounts too suspectiablr to fraud

That’s just it I did it looking for a group because I seen other people do it but for me never doing anything bad 1st time I get Permanently banned like I’m still upset 1 year later it’s just stupid to me since I had a clean record but I guess it didn’t matter but I do get it and understand just didn’t think I deserved a permanent ban

Unfortunately, the one you broke is also one of the most serious from MS/XBox's point of view...for them, it is an instant permanent ban whether you have a clean record, it's a first offence etc. Whether you think it's deserved or not (personally, if I sold accounts, then I'd expect a permanent ban and deserve it), that is how Microsoft runs their services. And this is why everyone should read the fine print on everything that has fine print/terms of service and, just because others are doing it, don't assume it's fine to do.
