Actually, phone and chat support do not handle the Rewards program at all. The only places to get support for the program are Twitter or this forum -

Currently the birthday gift is just an image of cake though.

You wont be able to contact the Xbox LIVE Rewards Team through the Xbox Forms I believe

You can try to contact Xbox Support on a Cell Phone or a LAN Line.

There are no rewards given for tenure.

M sure there is part where it say we get rewarded for birthday anniversaries ect .... Like this year I got rewards for my birthday on February as a present and got anniversaries rewards for being 2years a member of Xbox Reward in March this year ..= Can
you check that again for me .

Right from the FAQ page:

+ When will I be awarded my Birthday Gift?

A. If you are an Xbox LIVE Rewards Gold member with a Gamerscore of at least 3000 on the first day of the month during which your birthday occurs, you will receive a Birthday Gift from Xbox LIVE Rewards. You can expect to receive it via email early in the
month in which your birthday falls. The birthday date we use to determine this is the one associated with your Xbox LIVE account.

If you've accumulated 100 points, the Rewards Group will deposit the points around the 15th and 30th of each month.
