HEY I HOPE TO HELP ME WITH MY XBOX ONE WHICH HAS A PROBLEME OF WIFI CONEXION

Same issue here, I was told it has to be sent in to repair at some cost. Unbelievable that they can sell a product that fails so quickly.

It also has to do with how many devices are connected to your wireless router. I fixed this problem for me by disconnecting my phone/tablet from wifi briefly. Not sure if it is relevant but this has happened to me multiple times and taking some devices off
the wifi seems to have an impact! Hope this helps

I been trying to update x box one s during the last 24 hs and and I cannot make this work. My internet conexion is ok, the x box is new. I need some help with this problem.

Normally being connect to the internet via wired is better so you wont get disruption with other devices trying to connect to the Wifi. if the modem/router is too far from your console the wifi should be fine. Xbox one has some pretty big updates and a
clear connection is crucial. With that said, when I first got my console I was connected wirelessly and was able to receive the updates and downloads with no problems. I recently moved my console closer to my modem to have a wired connection. Either way is
fine and there are no "frying" going on of HDD because of the Wifi.
