Hey I have a serious problem with my xbox one.

So today was playing the Xbox one as usual and I needed to head out, so I turned it off for 30-60 minutes and returned back home. When I returned my xbox almost always signs me in when I turn it on and I noticed it didn't so I thought oh okay I'll just sign
in, so I sign in and say I'm connected to xbox live and to the internet. Here's the thing though when I go to click netflix or play anything it says "Connect to xbox live" So I tested my network settings "Internet is working" Basicly.

So I then went in to try sign in again it does the same thing, then my internet said I'm losing 100% packet loss but my connection is fine and my ping is fine? This all happened out of no where and I don't know what to do, if no one has any idea how to fix
this I guess I'll have to contact Microsoft directly in the morning.

Same exact thing is happing to me. Looks like it's affecting a lot of people. We just gotta sit and wait....

 

The 360 is working.looks like its a Xbox one problem...

 

Yeah , same for me , 100% packet loss ...........£500 throw together , grrrrrrr !

It's like a slap in the face.......;-)

 

It's annoying, paid for a gold service, and can't access anything for over 2 hours now.

Always tends to happen from time to time, at least its not like christmas 2007 now that was the worst. Your all correct it is annoying when you pay for something you expect it to work, re-booted myself last night in an attempt to sign in, then realised it
was live that was the problem
