    Hey, I got my codes but never had the chance to redeem them and now they're gone.


    I purchased and played Gears of War: Ultimate edition before the Dec. 31st deadline to get the Gears of War collection codes and I received my codes for the games and downloaded Gears of War 1 but never redeemed the others GoW 2, 3, and Judgement before
    my messages with the codes were deleted. Is there any way you can help me with this I really want to play these games, please get back to me soon.

    I didint reedem codes for rainbow six Vegas

    I didint redeem my rainbow six Vegas codes I got from pre ordering rainbow six siege. Xbox sent them to on on messaged but I never redeemed them now I'm trying to but the message is gone.

    Can you help me? I received my code, but never had a chance to redeem it. When I finally got around to it I got an error message saying that the code was already redeemed.

    Getting message code cannot be found

    I always redeem the codes through the website,and then input the code it gives me into the console. I am now receiving a message on my console that the code has been redeemed,but I never got the vbucks. I have never had this happen before.

    Xbox was completely new, i told him to check and indeed he had cards with codes, he redeemed them the codes worked fine. never really got the answer i wanted but he has game pass now so it's ok

    I got it from a code given by xbox. When I went to redeem it it had said that the code had been redeemed when i never redeemed it.
    Ooh my god, contact the support right now! Only the Microsoft can help you with it, maybe they send u the same code that another person
